Inchelium Red softneck garlic was discovered in Washington State on an Indian reservation. Not the prettiest garlic, it has a spicy flavor and has won taste tests. Cloves can be planted, dried, or eaten as is. Stores 6-9 months in a cool, dry place. Easy to grow. About 10 bulbs per an approx 1 lb bag.
